Warranty Information for JSG Oceana Glass Products

Welcome to JSG Oceana’s warranty page. If you have any questions or concerns with regard to the durability and appropriateness of JSG Oceana glass home decor products as a part of your next remodeling contract or construction project, please don’t hesitate to Contact Us.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

JSG Oceana Glass products, including our glass sinks, glass tiles, and glass home decor items are warranted free of manufacturing defects. JSG Oceana LLC will, at its election, repair, replace, or make appropriate adjustment where JSG Oceana LLC inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage after installation. JSG Oceana LLC is not responsible for installation or removal costs. Slight variations including crystalline material and air bubbles are common contributions to the aesthetic value of our glass and they are not defects.

Proof of purchase requires the original sales receipt from the original consumer purchaser and must accompany all warranty claims. To obtain warranty service, contact JSG Oceana LLC via the web or by writing:

Implied warranties, including that of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. JSG Oceana LLC disclaims any liability for special, incidental or consequential damages.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation or special, incidental, or consequential damages, so these limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

This limited warranty provides specific legal rights as they apply within the USA, and other rights may be available, but may vary from country to country.

This is our exclusive written warranty.

Quality and Durability

All JSG Oceana glass home decor items are made of JSG Oceana “Hard Roc” glass, a unique formulation of borosilicate glass created by Jeannette Specialty Glass. Borosilicate glass is the oldest glass to show high resistance to sudden temperature changes. In fact, borosilicate is the glass of choice for refrigerator to oven cookware. JSG Oceana sinks and tile can withstand repeated temperature changes between 0° and 212° F without damage. Unlike soft soda lime, Borosilicate is highly resistant to chemical corrosives and can be cleaned with any commonly used household or commercial strength product. JSG Oceana glass therefore will NOT become cloudy or rust marked over time. Borosilicate glass is both stain and stretch resistant.


JSG Oceana Glass, LLC is committed to Customer Service and to the satisfaction of our dealers and their customers. This page will help you with JSG Oceana’s policy with regard to returns on our home glass decor products, including our glass sinks, glass tiles, and other glass furniture items.

If a dealer or customer is not completely satisfied with an JSG Oceana home glass decor product, the dealer has 45 days to return ship it to JSG Oceana. Please Contact Us for any assistance you may need in this process.

CUSTOMERS: All Returns must go through an authorized JSG Oceana Dealer. Contact your dealer directly to request a return.

All Returns must be approved.

When a return is desired, the Dealer must first contact JSG Oceana, at 724-523-5567 or customerservice@jsgoceana.com for a Return Authorization Number (RGA). Authorization must be obtained and granted before credit is applied to your account. No cash refunds will be issued. Any product that arrives without a Return Authorization Number will be refused at the dock.

Absolutely NO accounts will be credited by returns without RGA Number.

For online orders: If a customer wishes to exchange or return the product, there is a 10% restock fee. The customer is responsible for freight charges associated with shipping the product back to the JSG Oceana warehouse. Once the product is received at the JSG Oceana warehouse, the customer will receive a refund if it is within the 45-day return policy.

Return Shipping

Place the item securely in the original package and include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. RGA Number must be displayed on the package.

Insure your return package and remember to retain a copy of the tracking number.

Packages shipped to the office location will be refused at dock.

JSG Oceana lustrous colorations are an art form. No two sinks are exactly alike, coloration is not guaranteed.

JSG Oceana reserves ultimate authority in determining return reason fault.

Buyer Beware: JSG Oceana products on Amazon are misrepresented and could be suspect

JSG Oceana is fully aware that current products, including glass sinks, furniture and accessories are being sold on Amazon.com. Please note that JSG Oceana does not sell direct to Amazon; therefore any JSG Oceana products that are purchased through Amazon will NOT:

  1. Be covered under JSG Oceana‘s limited lifetime warranty/guarantee (Note: It currently states on Amazon that a customer is able to access a manufacturer’s warranty by contacting the manufacturer directly. JSG Oceana will NOT warranty any product purchased through Amazon)
  2. Be accepted as an exchange or return
  3. Be issued a refund or credit

Please be aware that the JSG Oceana products currently being sold on Amazon can be:

  1. Deemed as second-hand quality; meaning they could have defects
  2. The incorrect model/color combination
  3. Fake

MAP (Minimum Advertised Price Policy)

JSG Oceana, a family owned and operated company, is committed to creating and sustaining long-lasting partnerships with its current and future dealers. JSG Oceana maintains a successful presence within the kitchen and bath industry and couldn’t do so without the support of its dealers and sales representatives. While upholding to the partnership, JSG Oceana expects the same in return to ensure that the product line is a right fit for both JSG Oceana and the respective dealer.

In order to protect the JSG Oceana brand its respective dealers, JSG Oceana strictly enforces a MAP (Minimum Advertised Price Policy). Details of the JSG Oceana MAP can be found below.


Advertised prices for JSG Oceana products may not be displayed or advertised on the internet at a discount of more than 25% off of current list prices. Online resellers may only display or advertise JSG Oceana product prices that are equal to or greater than the MAP. An exception would entail a preliminary agreed upon discussion between the reseller and JSG Oceana. For example, a reseller may want to promote JSG Oceana products with temporary advertised discounts or other reductions. A reseller is unable to do so without approval from JSG Oceana.

Violation of Policy:

A reseller’s first violation of the MAP, including failure to abide by this policy, will result in JSG Oceana issuing a warning. Upon receiving a warning, a reseller has 48 hours to bring the applicable pricing to meet the MAP requirements.

A reseller’s second violation of the MAP will result in JSG Oceana refusing to provide products to a reseller for a period of 30 days.

Upon receipt of the first and second violations stated above, JSG Oceana will terminate all orders for products and/or resellers’ status as a JSG Oceana vendor/dealer.
